Milestones, not lump sums
Projects are split into billed milestones tied to deliverables you can see. Launch is 50/50; Growth is 40/30/30. Nothing is invoiced for work that has not been agreed in the scope document.
Every package below is a real starting price for a real deliverable. Your written scope document confirms the final figure before any work begins — and before you pay anything.

Invoices are due 14 days from issue. Bank transfer (ACH or SWIFT) and card are both accepted; card payments carry the processor's fee. If an invoice is genuinely in dispute, tell us and the clock stops while we sort it.
If you cancel after discovery but before development starts, the deposit is refunded in full less the discovery fee for work already delivered. The full terms are in our Refund Policy.
Because we do not quote before discovery. The scope document produced in step one lists every screen, endpoint, and integration in the engagement — and, just as importantly, what is out of scope. That document is what we sign against.
If you want something added mid-project, we price it as a change order and you decide. We never quietly absorb scope and then hand you a surprise invoice.
You do. On final payment, all rights in the deliverables built specifically for you transfer to your company in full. It is written into our Terms of Service, not just promised on a call.
We keep ownership only of our own pre-existing tools and libraries, and you receive a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use them as part of your product.
No. Everything lives in your repositories and your cloud accounts from day one, and handover includes written documentation aimed at a developer who has never met us.
Every package includes post-launch support. A maintenance retainer is available if you want us to stay on, but it is entirely optional and cancellable with 30 days' notice.
Frequently. A large share of our clients have no engineer on staff. We write scope documents in plain language, explain trade-offs without jargon, and make the decisions that need your input obvious.
You will never be asked to choose a database. You will be asked what matters more: shipping in six weeks or supporting offline mode.
Projects are billed in milestones — typically a deposit to reserve the team, then payments tied to agreed deliverables. Retainers are billed monthly in advance.
Our Refund Policy sets out exactly when a refund applies, including a full refund of unstarted work if you cancel before the build phase begins.
Yes, and we do it often. We begin with a technical audit so we can tell you honestly what is salvageable and what is going to cost more to patch than to rebuild.
You get that assessment in writing before committing to any development work.
XORVYNE LLC is a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States, working with clients remotely across North America and Europe.
We keep at least four hours of overlap with your working day, run asynchronous written updates, and put every decision in a shared channel so nothing depends on catching someone live.
Yes. We will sign your NDA before discovery, or provide ours. For engagements touching personal or regulated data we agree a data processing addendum covering how data is stored, who can access it, and how it is deleted.
Our security practices — access control, secret management, and least-privilege cloud roles — are covered in the scope document.

Send us the shape of the project. You'll get a written scope and a firm number — typically within two business days, at no cost and with no obligation.
