Why we exist
Most software projects fail for boring, preventable reasons.
Not because the technology was too hard. Because the scope was never written down, because progress was invisible until it was too late to change course, or because the agency held the keys and the client could not leave.
XORVYNE was set up around removing exactly those failure modes. Written scope before any price. A deployed build every two weeks. Code and infrastructure in your accounts from the first day, so the option to walk away always exists — which, in our experience, is precisely why nobody takes it.
We would rather quote honestly and lose the project than win it and manage your expectations downward for six months.

Build for the handover
Every decision is made assuming a developer we have never met will maintain this in two years. That rules out clever shortcuts and undocumented magic.
Decline the wrong work
We turn down projects where an existing product would serve you better, where the budget cannot support the scope, or where we simply are not the strongest team available.
Small on purpose
A senior team that stays small enough that the person you brief is the person who builds. Growth for its own sake is how studios end up selling juniors at senior rates.

- Remote, with real overlap. We keep at least four hours of overlap with your working day across North America and Europe.
- NDAs signed before discovery. Yours or ours, whichever you prefer.
- Contracts you can read. Our Terms of Service are written in plain English, and IP transfer is explicit.
- Data handled properly. Processing addendum available for engagements touching personal or regulated data.
- Invoiced in USD. Bank transfer or card; other currencies on request.
