Our commitment
XORVYNE LLC aims to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA across xorvyne.com. We treat accessibility as part of building software correctly rather than as a compliance exercise bolted on at the end.
What we have implemented
- Semantic structure — landmark elements, a single logical heading hierarchy per page, and lists marked up as lists.
- Keyboard operability — every interactive element is reachable and operable by keyboard, with a visible focus indicator and a "skip to content" link.
- Colour contrast — body and interface text meets or exceeds the 4.5:1 ratio against its background; large text meets 3:1.
- Text alternatives — meaningful images carry descriptive alternative text; decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
- Forms — every field has a persistent visible label, required fields are marked in text as well as colour, and errors are announced to screen readers through a live region.
- Reduced motion — all animation and scroll behaviour is disabled automatically when your system requests reduced motion.
- Responsive and zoomable — content reflows to 320px width and remains readable at 200% zoom without horizontal scrolling.
- No colour-only meaning — nothing is communicated by colour alone.
- Progressive enhancement — the site is fully readable and navigable with JavaScript disabled.
Known limitations
We would rather list these than pretend they do not exist:
- Comparison tables on the pricing page scroll horizontally on narrow screens. The container is keyboard-scrollable, but a table remains a harder shape to consume on a small display.
- Web fonts load from Google Fonts. If that request is blocked, the site falls back to your system font stack; spacing shifts slightly but nothing becomes unreadable.
- Ambient background imagery is decorative and hidden from assistive technology. It carries no information, but it does add visual noise for some users. Reduced-transparency and high-contrast system settings are respected where the browser exposes them.
We have not yet commissioned a formal third-party audit. We assess the site with automated tooling, manual keyboard testing, and screen reader testing on VoiceOver and NVDA.
Accessibility in what we build for clients
Accessibility is part of our standard delivery, not a line item you have to ask for. Every project includes semantic markup, keyboard operability, contrast checking, and screen reader testing of primary flows. Where a client's sector requires conformance with the ADA, Section 508, or the European Accessibility Act, we scope a formal audit and remediation programme explicitly and price it in the scope document.
Tell us when something does not work
If any part of this site is difficult or impossible for you to use, we want to know. Email hello@xorvyne.com with the subject "Accessibility" and tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and the browser and assistive technology you were using.
We acknowledge accessibility reports within two business days and aim to resolve confirmed issues within 15 business days. If a fix will take longer, we will tell you why and offer another way to get what you needed.
Formal complaints
